Were looking for a senior Account Management leader to join DealHub and establish our account management function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy, processes, and culture of a new function while directly managing key accounts. Over time, you will also play a critical role in building and scaling the team. Responsibilities
* Customer Leadership Own and deepen executive relationships ( CIO, CRO, CFO, Ops leaders) and act as a trusted advisor by aligning DealHubs solutions with customers long-term business goals.
* Growth & Expansion Identify whitespace opportunities, drive cross-sell and upsell, and expand adoption across departments, business units, and regions.
* Retention & Risk Management Monitor sentiment and risks, proactively address blockers, and serve as the escalation point for commercial challenges.
* Commercial Ownership Lead renewal cycles, manage pricing and negotiations, and ensure compliance with procurement and security requirements.
* Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) Partner with CSMs to deliver data -driven EBRs focused on outcomes, ROI, and partnership growth.
Requirements: * 6+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success roles within B2B SaaS.
* Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts (both Mid-Market and Enterprise).
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in renewals, negotiations, and driving expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives ( C -level and VP-level).
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, CSM, Product, Finance, Legal) to deliver customer outcomes.
