What youll do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels
Conduct thorough interviews (over the phone, online, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements: 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-tech company
Experience in conducting in-depth HR interviews
Expertise in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices
hands-on experience working with AI tools to enhance recruiting processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proactive and independent, but also a team player
English High level
Bachelors or Masters degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
