Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to join our team. This critical role will align HR strategies with business goals across our international operations. The Head of HR will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert HR guidance while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced tech-manufacturing environment. This position is a sole HR function and includes both strategy and creation and hand on work- Recruitment, HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with management and business leaders globally to align people strategies with organizational goals.
* Guide change management and organizational transformation as the company scales.
* Oversee core HR operations including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract management.
* Develop and manage compensation strategies, including bonus plans and performance evaluation systems.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; manage relationships with external HR consultants.
* Lead talent initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
* Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention efforts using data and HR analytics.
* Support international recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across multiple regions.
* Foster an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture aligned with our mission.
* Manage employee relations issues in alignment with global and local labor regulations.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
* Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
* Proven experience supporting international teams and operations across time zones and cultures.
* Solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation across multiple regions (especially Europe, North America, and APAC).
* Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
* Fluent in English and Hebrew.
