we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Development Group Manager to lead our AI Agents Development Group under the Data, AI & Research department.
This role offers an opportunity to drive innovation and spearhead cutting-edge conversational and Agentic technologies within a global leader in security. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a world-class team of AI engineers and architects, guiding the development of Agentic and conversational solutions that enhance products and services. 

Leading and mentoring several teams of AI engineers, fostering their technical excellence and innovation. 
Overseeing the full AI solution lifecycle, including data acquisition, model selection, fine-tuning and usage, evaluation, and continuous improvement. 
Implementing a data-driven decision-making approach to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact. 
Establishing numerical quality measurements to track and improve AI model performance and effectiveness, as well as adoption and satisfaction. 
Collaborating with product management and the field to define the roadmap for Agentic AI capabilities and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
Improving and complying with best practices for AI-related governance, security, and ethical principles. 

Were building foundational infrastructure to secure AI agents including their identities, access patterns, and interactions with sensitive systems and data. This includes designing intelligent, dynamic mechanisms for ephemeral access control, secrets management, and agent/user identity tailored to modern agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and beyond.

Youll help define how agents (both machine and human-facing) authenticate, receive scoped access, perform actions securely, and leave behind a verifiable audit trail.

Responsibilities:

Develop secure, scalable Python services to support agent identity, secrets access, credential management, and authorization flows.

Implement JWT-based agent/user authentication, and real-time policy checks based on agent context and tool usage.

Build SDKs, wrappers, and tool integrations that enable popular agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, etc.) to securely request and use secrets.

Collaborate closely with the architect and other engineers to design components with clear boundaries and clean contracts.

Ensure secrets and credentials are injected only when needed, redacted from logs, and never persist in agent memory or prompts.

Write thorough tests and maintain high-quality, well-documented code.

Work cross-functionally with internal platform, AI, and security teams to understand requirements and refine implementation plans.

Senior Software Engineer - HIL
Join our HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) team part of our Simulation Group and help build cutting-edge simulation tools that enable the development of our autonomous vehicle solutions. Our HIL product replays real-world sensor data in the lab, accelerating development across the AV stack.
What will your job look like?
Design and develop a high-performance HIL system in C++17+ for real-time drive simulation.
Build the core data injector engine to replay recorded vehicle signals with precise timing.
Solve complex SW-HW integration challenges involving performance, timing, and networking.
Debug and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Collaborate with algorithm developers and systems engineers to deliver robust, scalable tools.
Stay current with advancements in C++, simulation technologies, and real-time systems.
