You will play a key role in designing and maintaining our AWS based cloud environments.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of two senior DevOps engineers.
Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS and EKS environments.
Drive CI/CD best practices to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
Enhance system reliability, security, and performance through monitoring and automation.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to optimize development workflows and system architecture.
Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical issues and ensure system stability.

We are looking for a DevOps Team Leader, Infrastructure engineering team, located in our Rehovot office. This is team Infrastructure Engineers, who closely align to DevOps principals. Your responsibility will be to drive innovation, scale our platforms, and create operational excellence for the globally distributed network. As an Leader in the ICO organization, you will improve your team's approach to solving problems, supporting and optimizing the infrastructure programmatically. You will be expected to be working in as part of your team, working with then collaboratively on projects and systems. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, a team of diverse engineers in multiple, global, locations.
Work collaboratively with your team to plan their work and ensure that everyone knows what they should be working on.
Work with teams across and the wider Thales Business Unit to ensure we are providing services and tools that they need.
Work with the PMO to plan and execute projects.
Apply SRE & DevOps principles to eliminate toil, and improve reliability.
Work cross functionally as needed to troubleshoot and resolve business affecting issues.
Respond to escalations, help with incident response, RCAs, provide management of and follow up from postmortems.
Establish metrics for data-driven decisions to help increase availability, reliability, and velocity.
