What you will be doing:

As a Solution Architect and Team Lead , you will be an essential member of our Technical Delivery team.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Research to deliver the latest security and identity solutions.

You will lead a team of highly skilled Solution Architects who assist customers with the implementation, operation, and optimization of security and identity solutions in their particular hybrid identity environments. As a player-coach, your responsibilities will include:

Lead a high-performing team through effective mentorship and guidance

Manage and optimize the use of team resources

Provide technical solutions to meet customers business and technical goals

Guide customers through the deployment process, including deployment design, technical assistance during software installation, troubleshooting, and resolving configuration issues.

Troubleshoot Windows Server OS, Active Directory, networking, security, and other issues that may arise during deployment.

Provide technical services after deployment, including health checks, upgrades, expansions, technology refreshes, security reviews, and assistance during recovery exercises, outages, and security breaches.

Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers

Provide input and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams

Maintain expert knowledge of products to deliver high-value solutions that meet customer needs, and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas

You will join as our second Solutions Engineer, where you will act as a key member of the Israel and Middle-East team, you will work alongside our commercial teams throughout the pre-sales, solution design and implementation stages to understand our customer needs and technical constraints. Key Responsibilities:

Customer‑Facing PoCs Lead PoC projects end‑to‑end: scope requirements, manage calls, set expectations, and ensure technical success.

We are looking for a skilled Solutions Engineer with programming knowledge looking to join a fast-paced, and high-energy solutions engineering team and work on resolving customer issues, designing large complex deployments, improving the products, and training other tiers. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and organized and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
