Required Sr Technical Support Engineer - Cloud (GCS)

You will work firsthand with our valued customers to address their complex post-sales concerns where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of many factors. Youre a critical thinker in understanding the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Youll enjoy networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise, with a strong capability of detailing difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.
You will provide post sales technical support to our End User Customers via phone, e-mail and web. You will utilize your fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers in a professional manner. Youll regularly update support cases to record progress of calls in the call tracking system and document technical solutions and product information in the knowledge base.
Your Impact:
Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
Travel to customer sites in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required
Provide on-call support on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
Experience of minimum of 4 years in support roles
Required experience with Cloud Security
Required experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Knowledge in containers and Kubernetes concepts - Must
Hands on troubleshooting containers and Kubernetes
Experience using API
Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python, Bash and JavaScript
Creative and self starter with ability to troubleshoot and debug issues using many data sources and AI tools.
Experience with Linux and Windows systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well is a diverse team environment
Experience with DLP, Data Patterns and data governance
Previous experience with Prisma Cloud or Cortex XDR (optional)

They are at the crossroads of technology and business engage with Startups at all stages of cloud adoption. Solutions Architects also take a leading role in creating and presenting technical content and best practices.

Startup Solutions Architects own the overall technical relationship between Startup customers and us. They work to understand the customer's business needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with technology.

In this role you will get to practice your creativity, linking technology to tangible solutions and educating our customers about the art of the possible. You will have the opportunity to define or invent cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases. Key job responsibilities:
As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with Startup customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of us, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
You will own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the platform.
Create and capture best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
Evangelize and educate about our technology (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).
Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching and mentoring others.
Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes.
Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, data & analytics).
- Experience in designing, developing or operating reliable and scalable cloud-native solutions, platforms and software.
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and Hebrew with demonstrated ability to communicate technical choices to business and technology stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth working knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: DevOps, Containers, ML/GenAI, Big Data Solutions, Serverless, Networking, Security, Databases, IOT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration and IT Transformation.
- Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on us and/or our certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate or Professional).
- Experience or familiarity in the Startups eco-system.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or a role that involved public speaking.
