Role Overview:
As VP Engineering, you will be the top authority and strategic leader of the companys engineering organization, overseeing the full delivery function. You will lead and expand a team of 30+ developers working within six cross-functional squads, each collaborating closely with a dedicated Product Manager. Reporting to the CTO, you will be directly accountable for execution, delivery, and the overall performance of the engineering group. This role is pivotal in translating the companys vision into scalable, high-quality technology solutions, while fostering a culture rooted in technical excellence, ownership, agility, and ongoing improvement.

This team will be responsible for the infrastructural aspects of our product, as well as the development and maintenance of internal services and libraries used by our R&D squads.
