Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years working in complex Salesforce projects and environments.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
Proven experience analysing and improving business processes using Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes, etc.).
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, automation, and integration best practices.
Strong technical expertise in scalable Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud solutions and large datasets.
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns (Workato, Boomi, Salesforce connect and external system integrations).
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders and drive platform adoption.
One of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally.
Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying business opportunities.

Requirements:
Required qualifications:
-Proven experience leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions composed from a diverse range of technologies, integration patterns, approaches and deployment models, such as:
-MuleSoft or similar integration/APIM products (e.g. Tibco, Boomi, SAP, IBM)
Event Driven Architecture, Microservices, batch-based processing patterns
Traditional, containerized or cloud based infrastructure.
-Experience in API life-cycle management, from API design and development through to deployment and operations and governance.
-Track record on leading migration initiatives from legacy systems (e.g. monolith applications), integration patterns (e.g. SOA), infrastructure towards more scalable and resilient architectures.
-Hands-on experience of applying DevOps & Agile principles and Software Engineering best practices.
-Success in leading and/or enabling distributed & diverse teams to deliver great results when faced with organizational complexity and ambiguous demands.
-A track record of adding to the team you are in through mentoring colleagues and forming internal initiatives to enhance and evolve the teams technical and consulting capabilities.
-Willingness to travel regularly to meet customer needs as required.
-An active interest in understanding how AI will benefit customer solutions and increase productivity across the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
-Hebrew (native speaker) and English (fluent written & spoken).
-Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Preferred Requirements
-Achievement of MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect and MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
-Having acted as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders (C-level and/or Head of) with the proven ability to build influence and impact change across the wider organization.
-A track record of experimenting with new technologies and/or contributing to the open source community.
-Experience of learning and applying a variety of technologies outside of the integration domain (e.g. for App or Web Dev) and of carrying roles across the wider SDLC (e.g. QA, Operations, SysAdmin).
-A passion for continuous improvement where innovation has introduced tangible change to customers and colleagues.
-A polished public speaker with experience of presenting at industry conferences, meet-ups and/or company events.
-Industry specific domain knowledge which has been applied to tangibly increasing the value of a solution implemented for a customer.
-Holding external/third party qualifications and certifications relevant to this role (e.g. Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Strong capabilities (written & spoken) in additional languages prevalent across the EU.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or substantial practical experience equivalent.
7-9 years of experience in technology field - Must
Consulting experience with a focus on information systems and/or business processes.
Diverse technology-related experience across multiple disciplines: development, infrastructure, data analysis, product, presale, tech project management, cloud architecture.
Proficiency in modelling tools (e.g., Figma, Visio, draw.io, UML)
Experience with at least one of the top cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Ability to communicate in professional Hebrew & English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Additional experience - an advantage:
Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and IT strategy
Previous role as an IT or R&D architect
Master's degree in computer science of business administration (with IT focus)
Relevant certification (Cloud architect, etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF)
Active security clearance (Israel).

Requirements:
10+ years of relevant product, engineering, or technical marketing experience, with emphasis on some combination of storage, data, and analytics
Experience in customer-facing roles, explaining and training folks on strategic and technical concepts and products
Robust problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
Extensive experience in promoting and demonstrating technology products
Some travel required - roughly 10-25%.

Strong background in databases (DB), including designing and building systems that operate on top of databases.
Experience working with cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures.

Experience in Big Data technologies an advantage.

B.Sc. in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
Self learner, and proven record of ability to remove technical road-blocks
3+ years experience developing software for production systems and/or internal infrastructure/tools
1+ years customer-facing experience.
Prior experience working with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
Skilled at writing production-grade Python code
Strong team player with excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models in particular.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of digital banking systems and infrastructure. In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of AI technologies and LLM eco-system.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
