Were hiring a full-time DTC General Manager to own and scale our Shopify business. Youll be responsible for strategy and execution across paid media, email/SMS, CRO, Affiliate, influencer, UX, and fulfillment with full ownership and accountability.
Requirements: Own P L, revenue margin goals
Manage ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Oversee Klaviyo flows, segmentation campaigns
Improve conversion, AOV, upsells, landing pages
Grow Affiliate /MLM program
Lead influencer/UGC campaigns
Manage Shopify backend site UX
Coordinate 3PL, fulfillment CX
Work with creatives on drops campaigns
Requirements:
Scaled a Shopify DTC brand past $1M/month
Strong in Meta, Google, Klaviyo
Launched Affiliate /MLM programs
Fluent in CAC, LTV, margins, payback windows
Fast-moving, independent, results-driven
