Whats the Job?
As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist , you will be responsible for translating new and existing client requirements into a flawless technical solution. Also responsible for creating reports and dashboards by working closely with other internal stakeholders to meet client deliverables from product and timeline perspective.

As a Salesforce Implementor , you will play a key role in the technical implementation of products and Salesforce solutions to meet customer-specific requirements. You will focus on configuring, customizing, and deploying Salesforce applications, as part of a large team of and Salesforce experts. Your expertise in Salesforce development/configuration, data modeling, automation and security will be critical in optimizing workflows and delivering scalable solutions. As a Salesforce Tech lead you will
Be responsible for a holistic view of SFDC implementation as part of the Lead to Cash process.
Act as release manager for cross-functional SFDC implementations
Identifying potential risks and dependencies associated with releases
Be proactive with best practices, new technologies, and new offerings
Act as a technical resource for the team
Staying updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Track and manage changes to Salesforce configurations, code, and metadata, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce administrator.

As a Salesforce Delivery Implementation Lead , you will be responsible for managing and leading the implementation teams, including hands on Salesforce implementation of products and Customer requirements.

Conduct capacity plans and utilize teams productivity and efficiency
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering their professional development
Analyze and suggest Salesforce solution approach to business requirements
Identify the development needs of the delivery team members and provide appropriate training and resources to enhance their skills and knowledge
