Whats the Job? Were looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Lead to join our HR team and help drive our growth and culture forward. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to business leaders across the organization, with a focus on enabling high performance, fostering employee development, and scaling people practices that support our dynamic tech environment. What Youll Do?
* Partner with department heads to align people strategy with business needs and growth plans
* Lead core people processes such as performance reviews, talent calibration, engagement surveys, and succession planning.
* Act as a culture champion, coaching leaders and supporting teams through organizational change and growth.
* Serve as a point of contact for HR-related matters for employees and managers
* Develop and implement scalable HR processes, frameworks, policies, and performance metrics
* Lead globally the Learning and Development domain.
* Create and implement an L&D strategy to align with business goals and enhance company performance.
* Plan and manage the L&D yearly calendar to ensure a balanced approach between learning needs, Employee Experience, and dedicated hours.
* Build and scale employee training programs, focusing on career growth & critical skills development, as well as leadership development initiatives.
* Use data to drive insights around retention, engagement, and performance; identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.

Requirements: the table. What You Bring?
* At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
* At least 3 years of prior experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of delivering impactful programs.
* Deep understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including org design, coaching, talent planning, and performance management.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Analytical thinking and a data -informed approach to decision-making.
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities growth mindset is a plus.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal); experience in global teams is a bonus.
