The Role:
We’re looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to help ensure we meet the highest standards of IT governance, privacy, and risk management. In this role, you’ll support compliance across cybersecurity, infrastructure, product, and engineering teams. From monitoring adherence to internal policies to leading change management and privacy reviews, your work will ensure we operate with transparency, security, and trust. You’ll have the opportunity to influence process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally while simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable insights. What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
* Monitor, assess, and report on compliance with internal IT policies and standards
* Lead or support privacy compliance and change management review processes
* Collaborate on the development and updates of policies, templates, and IT governance documents
* Drive risk metric analysis, generate reports, and present findings to relevant stakeholders
* Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) training and documentation
* Ensure professional formatting and quality across key documentation
* Coordinate project artifacts and evidence gathering for select audits or IT projects
* Recommend and implement improvements to compliance processes
* Act as a subject matter expert for different IT compliance domains
What You Bring to the Table:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information assurance, computer science, cybersecurity, business administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of relevant experience in IT compliance, risk, or audit-related roles
* Mother tongue level fluency in both English and Hebrew – Must
* Strong verbal and written communication skills – Must
* Experience in at least one of the following roles: cybersecurity analyst, IT business analyst, software engineer, IT auditor, or project manager
* Familiarity with frameworks such as FFIEC IT Handbook, PCI DSS, COBIT 2019 – Preferred
* Certifications such as CGEIT, CGRC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or PMP – Preferred
* Experience working in highly regulated industries – A bonus
