We seek a Product Specialist for the Neuro Rare department

Responsible for the commercial aspects of products of rare diseases, which are the company's focus. Working in the field with physicians, KOLs, nurses, and other stakeholders who are related to the business. The core aspect is project initiatives and follow-up.

Responsibilities
Territory management (working with HCPs, KOLs, and customers in the field).
Learn product aspects scientific, marketing, and work in alignment with the company's strategy and work plan
Mapping and identifying opportunities in the field
Proactively Initiate and manage projects in the fields involving different stakeholders- A core aspect of this position
Periodically report and update, "raise flags," and share constant insights from the field
Cross-functional collaboration within the company

Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
2.Strategy:
Developing and executing plans tailored for each clients goals.
Providing clients with proactive insights and strategic recommendations inorder to optimize their performance.
3.Retention & Growth
Identifying opportunities for clients to expand their usage of the companys products and services.
Analyzing risks and proactively addressing potential challenges.
4.Performance Analysis
Monitoring and analyzing clients performance, providing actionable insights inorder to improve outcomes.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on key success metrics such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and overall account health.
Requirements:
English Mother tongue- a must!
At least 2 years experience in account management/ client success, or a related field.
Experience working with European markets
Experience in a the Payment industry -an advantage.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
Proficiency with CRM software (Monday) and project management tools-an advantage.
Good Excel and analytical skills
A bachelors degree -an advantage
