Description
Join our dynamic Production group in the Operations department as part of the Technical Support team. In this role, youll be at the heart of maintaining, supporting, and deploying our cutting-edge production environment, which powers dozens of stores and hundreds of hardware and network components.
The position:
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of production hardware and network infrastructure, configuring and deploying systems for new stores and sites and real-time troubleshooting of incidents. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams in Operations and R&D to deliver seamless performance in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
A day in the life:
Configure and deploy hardware, software, and network systems for new sites.

We are looking for an Atlassian Platform Administrator to join our HR & Mobile Applications Team as a temporary 1 year maternity leave (MLA) replacement, who has a passion for collaboration tools, process optimization, and IT service management, who has a desire to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure the successful implementation and management of Atlassian tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
