In this role, you will be responsible for the following:Manage existing paid search campaignsOwn performance outcomes for specific accounts; develop deep understanding of KPIs impacting P&LFacilitate business development pitches by translating account performance into growth and optimization opportunities for our partnersMaintain an A/B testing pipeline to deliver insights and drive strategy; strive to constantly improve upon account performance, iterating on wins and learning quickly from lossesLiaison with Google account management team to remain on the cutting edge of Ads trendsMonitor and React to performance trends in Google and Bing Ads to increase our competitiveness in SEM spacePrepare and present performance reports, continuously identifying areas of potential optimizationKnowledge, Abilities
Requirements:
:University degree - preferably B.Sc. in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fieldProficiency in the English languageExcellent analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAcute attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and consistently meetings deadlinesA desire to constantly improve and excel in both individual and team performanceExcellent teamwork & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environmentProactive attitude with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
