looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support and optimize our full revenue funnelfrom lead generation to customer retentionacross Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is key to ensuring alignment across go-to-market teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM platforms, and payment process tools, along with a data-driven mindset and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Implement, maintain and own core revenue systems and processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment and seamless handoffs between teams.
Partner with department leaders to streamline workflows, build thought through automations, and identify process bottlenecks or improvement opportunities.
Implement and maintain core revenue systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM tools (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense), and payment platforms.
Drive initiatives to improve billing workflows, pricing and proposal operations, and overall revenue reporting accuracy.
Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, customer lifecycle data, and retention trends to drive insights and improvements.
Support go-to-market team enablement by defining and documenting best practices, training materials, and onboarding processes.
Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to ensure revenue ops processes are modern, efficient, and scalable.
Collaborate with product and finance teams to ensure alignment on monetization strategies and tools.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into performance, forecasting, and key revenue metrics.
Requirements: 23 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams.
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, ABM tools, and payment-related platforms/processes.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with marketing automation, sales enablement, and CS tools.
Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
