We are seeking a dynamic and experienced salesforce team lead to manage and mentor our salesforce Administrators and Developers located in both TLV and NYC. This pivotal role will oversee key projects, including the development of salesforce Partner Portals, enhancements to Sales Cloud, and implementation of CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of salesforce best practices, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful salesforce implementations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Team Leadership and Management:
* Lead and mentor a team of salesforce Administrators and Developers across TLV and NYC.
* Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Sales Cloud Enhancements:
* Oversee the configuration and customization of Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
* Optimize Sales Cloud processes and workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
* Provide guidance and support to the team on Sales Cloud best practices. Process Optimization and Implementation:
* Proactively find opportunities to improve salesforce processes and design/implement automated workflows to optimize business and deployment processes (sandbox management).
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the overall reliability and stability of the salesforce ecosystem.
* Establish and enforce best practices for salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. salesforce Partner Portals Development:
* Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of salesforce Partner Portals.
* Ensure seamless integration and functionality of partner portals with other salesforce components.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for partner portal projects. CPQ Implementation and Management:
* Lead the implementation and ongoing management of CPQ solutions.
* Develop and maintain pricing rules, quoting processes, and approval workflows.
* Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient deal management. Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
* Provide training and support to users on new salesforce features and functionalities. Handling GTM Requests:
* Manage and address all requests for bugs and tickets from the GTM teams, ensuring adherence to established SLAs and maintaining high-quality resolution.
Requirements: Education and Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in salesforce admin.
* 2+ years of experience in leading and managing a salesforce team.
