We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Controller to join our company.
Responsibilities:
Planning - Supply and Demand Planning for all company products. Build Maintain and track production plans, balance business opportunities and risks. Build and manage ERP planning tools. Create and manage internal demand in ERP system. Coordinate material movements between production sites. Implement new products in our ERP. Product Lifecycle Management (Agile) Management of Finished goods items. Collect team demands and work with the information systems team to create new tools and improve existing ones.

About the Group:
As an IS Implementation Engineer, you will join our company's Information Systems department.
The team gathers business requirements and is responsible for new implementations, developments, and system support.
You will identify knowledge gaps, create, implement, and manage training and development programs for employees and business customers.
Work closely with various teams at our company: software, safety, products, project managers, operations, etc.
What will your job look like:
Day-to-day management and administration of requirement/asset systems, including workflows, user accounts and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, project creation, etc.
Collaborate with various teams, define business processes related to requirements management, and serve as the focal point for consolidating requests and needs.
Provide end-user coaching, training, and support, including ongoing maintenance of training documentation and management of the submitted ticket queue.
Offer both technical and process solutions to address requirements, and evaluate alternate solutions.
Lead system changes and deployment of new requests and fixes.
Develop efficient dashboards and live reports that provide added value to users and managers.

The ADAS Algo group is looking for a Project Manager.
We see a Project Manager as an individual who makes things happen. Someone who can take on a cross-team project and guide, solve issues, and lead by example.
This role is for someone willing to get their hands 'dirty' technologically and step in for people where needed. Someone who can, and will, take ownership of the deliveries of the department in the agreed-upon time and quality. Someone who will help the team to determine the definition of "done" for the product, with input from key stakeholders.
Mostly someone who will help the team avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.
What will your Job look like:
Acting as a bridge between various algorithm teams and supplier teams- primarily data suppliers- you will engage daily with developers, product managers, project managers, engineers, and others.
Ensure that information flows effectively, focus and priorities are maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly- often with your direct involvement.
Your role will be to stay focused from start to finish, think creatively to find solutions, and guide all team members toward successfully achieving the defined goal.
