As a Regional Operations Manager, you will support a team of store managers and oversee 6-9 stores within your region. Your focus will be on four key areas: Quality metrics, operational improvements, Customer Experience, working by food safety protocols and achieving companys performance goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining operational roles and responsibilities, setting targets, optimizing store layouts, improving costs, improving efficiency, ensuring excellent user experience, and providing leadership to a team of store managers and store staff.What youll be doing:
Oversee store operations from A-Z, ensuring timely deliveries in your region.
Create forecasts and define productivity requirements to meet companys/region overall goals.
Provide daily guidance to store managers and staff to streamline operations and ensure operational excellence.
Manage labor and control costs.
At least 3 years of experience in regional management in retail, distribution, hospitality, operational lead roles mandatory.
Experience as a regional manager in retail significant advantage.
Excellent analytical skills.
Global work environment fluent in English is a MUST.
Ability to think and act quickly operationally, with great attention to details.
Proactive, hands-on approach with adaptability to change.
Requirements: A leader with at least 3 years of experience in managing large teams in retail operations.
Experience working in global companies advantage.
Strong analytical skills (Excel).
Proven experience in managing relationships with suppliers, trade departments, and supply chain management within the company and outside
