Requirements: What Were Looking For:
* 12 years of customer support or service experience.
* Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
* Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus. Three 10-hour shifts, Saturday-Monday.
