We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll not only manage a group of talented QA engineers but also play a critical part in shaping and elevating our QA methodologies. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will manage a team of QA engineers, learn the product design and architecture to build & oversee the test plan creation, review and execution. You will deliver high quality products to production, set new QA standards and play a key role in the QA department reporting directly to the Shields QA director.

What youll do:
Manage & lead a team of experienced QA engineers
Oversee & force high quality standards in software test plan & execution
Work closely with the Companys QA director, reporting and improving consistency
Develop, document, and perform comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Work with RnD & Production leaders to learn and provide data driven QA decisions
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies in a complex data system, which consists of dozens of micro-services.
Guide the QA team in breaking down PRD into test plan working closely with Product in Agile methodologies
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
Participate in requirement and design review meetings.

QA & Automation Lead is responsible for driving the quality assurance automation strategy, leading QA engineers across the organization, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through effective test automation frameworks and practices.



What youll do:

Define comprehensive test strategies based on system architecture and business requirements
Design and implement the overall QA automation strategy and framework architecture
Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
Analyze system architecture to identify critical testing areas and potential risks
Design end-to-end test scenarios covering multiple system components and integrations
Participate in system design reviews to ensure testability
Define and maintain automation best practices, coding standards, and test design patterns, evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for test automation
Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC
Drive continuous integration and continuous testing practices, create and maintain automated test metrics and reporting dashboards
Partner with product and development leads to define quality gates and release criteria
