The ideal candidate would be an experienced SysOps/Devops, skilled with Cloud and On-Prem systems operation and networking, and want to be part of our Contact Center as a Service product. Telephony system and Infrastructure knowledge will be greatly valued. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a highly motivated expert, who is passionate to investigate, learn and implement new technologies, as well as be happy to think out-of-the-box going beyond the immediate job description to help out where needed.

Responsibilities:
Install and manage cloud and on-prem systems
Write Telephony and IVR flows
Solve telephony and networking issues
Work directly with R&D, PM, QA and other teams.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience networking, system environment
1+ years of experience as SysOps/Devops
Experience with investigating and solving problems on windows/linux environment mandatory
Experience with investigating and solving network issues mandatory
Experience with network tools (e.g. Wireshark etc.) mandatory
Experience with cloud environments (Azure, Aws) mandatory
Hands-on scripting skills in powershell, bash, similar mandatory
Experience in complex products installations - Mandatory
Experience in terraform, other High advantage
Fundamental understanding and experience in the areas of telephony, VoIP, SIP High advantage
Experience with Contact Center and/or IVR products High advantage
Familiarity with voice recognition - advantage
Experience and familiarity with Python and JavaScript - Advantage.
