As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and prospect engagement at every stage of the buyers journey, fueling our sales pipeline. What you'll do:
Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in our company: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns as the main platform, as well as Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms.
Develop audience segmentation strategies, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance.
Work with content and design teams to develop and manage email marketing campaigns that engage leads and accelerate the sales pipeline.
Continuously optimize conversion paths to maximize lead capture and engagement.
Monitor, measure, optimize and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.

Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to enhance user experience across landing pages, website assets, and ad content.

Requirements:
3+ years of in-house experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS growth stage tech company (Or similar experience with an agency working with B2B clients).
Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Experience managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Superb project management and operational skills.
A geeky number cruncher with strong attention to detail.
A team player that goes above and beyond to ensure the success of the team and the business.
