Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders, leaders and partners with ability to translate and convey complex ideas

We are seeking a strategic and technical leader to serve as the Director of Marketing Automation and Analytics. This role will be responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack, automation processes, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive revenue impact. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Technical Skills: 
Proficiency in Marketo and or other marketing automation tools 
Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and reporting.

Hands-on experience with lead scoring, segmentation, attribution modeling, and campaign performance tracking.
