We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our People team for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will support our People team by helping maintain employee data and records within the Hibob system, carry out people related projects and analyze people data, per need.

Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and updates in Hibob accurately and on time.
Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Help coordinate internal events, including contacting suppliers, comparing costs, and assisting with logistics and decorations.
Generate basic reports and assist with HR data needs as requested.
Support day-to-day People operations and administrative tasks.

Required Global HR Director and Israel HR Lead
As a Global HR Director and Israel HR lead you will be responsible for:
This role will be part of the HR leadership team and will report directly to the COO.
Leading HR agenda and overseeing all HR matters of the Israeli site of 400+ employees.
Leading a team of HRBPs across our functional units on a global scale.
Managing the global recruitment team, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and optimizing hiring processes.
Leading the Employee Experience function, developing and executing a global program, managing budgets, supporting local sites, and taking direct responsibility for Israels Employee Experience initiatives.
Working closely with senior executive management on all HR-related topics and procedures, such as workforce planning, change management, performance management, organizational design changes, talent mobility, termination discussions, and more.
Leading operational responsibility on HR organizational processes globally and locally.
Owning, driving, and improving HR strategy towards talent and organizational excellence, enabling scale while maintaining our high-performing culture.
Leading the growth of our global HR Department, continuous process improvement, and creative out-of-the-box solutions.
Advising and supporting on a variety of matters including rewards and recognition, local labor laws, compensation, and benefits.
Developing and steering HR strategies, identifying appropriate solutions, and ensuring their implementation within the broader HR guidelines and framework.

Were looking for a Director of People Operations to oversee two critical areas:

1) Lead our Manager Partnership global team.

2) Be our local expert on all things People Ops including compensation, benefits, employment law, and advocate for our Tel Aviv team as we shape our global people strategy.

In this role youll:

Lead our global team of Manager partners, in addition to owning our Manager Partnership strategy and roadmap supporting managers at scale through insights, dashboards, automation, and processes.

Act as a manager partner to our senior executives.

Oversee People Ops in Tel Aviv, localizing our global approach to compensation, benefits, learning & development, performance management, etc.

Represent and advocate for our Tel Aviv makers in company-wide decision making as it relates to our people.

Collaborate closely with Directors in adjacent departments including Talent Acquisition, People Infrastructure, Learning & Development, and Operations.

Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Support local labor management councils/work councils where applicable.
Drive and own recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service of the end of end delivery of our Googler Experience in country.
