Work closely with the Dev teams to build our products, define requirements and track to a successful execution
Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale teams
Project management expert - setting up projects roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.
Ensuring deliverables are planned and on track - visibility and tracking
Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
Work with diverse stakeholders (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cyber Security, Networking, DevOps, squad leads,, senior management, etc. ) to ensure project success
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Responsibilities

Responsible of the company labs including user management, networking, auto provisions and maintenance
Strategic Planning and Integration: Develop and implement strategies for system renewals, user management, system usage and support. Drive project management for system integrations and automation to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
Budget Management: Act as the budget owner; responsible for planning and managing the annual budget for Information Systems.
Project Management Excellence: Spearhead and oversee all IT-related projects, from initial conception through to successful execution. Employ rigorous project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project workflows, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, maintaining high system integrity and operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Customization: Work closely with internal departments to tailor solutions that optimize business processes and ensure system alignment with business needs.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending improvements and optimizations.
Support and Training: Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, enhancing user satisfaction and system usability.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective system implementations and upgrades.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to computer users, focusing on complex issues and advanced troubleshooting. Daily IT Operations: Handle day-to-day IT tasks, including troubleshooting and support. Ability to manage IT and networking hardware, including, but not limited to, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, Zoom Conference system, firewalls, switches, and APs.
Team Support: Provided IT field support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues while adhering to warranty and security compliance requirements.
IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and support IT tech stacks such as Zoom rooms, AV systems, and on-premises systems.
Network Maintenance: Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, SSL VPN, DNS, and DHCP. Must have experience coordinating with ISPs and network teams to troubleshoot issues using deductive reasoning skills.
Documentation and Process Standardization: Write clear documentation and develop reproducible steps for issue resolution and oral communication skills with end users and the Global team in English and Chinese.
Security Vigilance: Stay updated with 0-day security issues and remediate them promptly.
