We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Tech Lead with in-depth expertise in Kubernetes, containers, AWS, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Terragrunt), Windows and Linux systems, and proficiency in Bash and Python scripting. The ideal candidate will lead our DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment, operation, and maintenance of systems
Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS using best practices
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of DevOps processes

As a DevOps Tech Leader, you will be responsible for the operations and infrastructure of a large scale On-premise and SAAS solution and for the tools that make our R&D productive and efficient.
You will lead a successful DevOps projects that shapes the development, deployment and production process and provides technical guidance to the teams.
As part of the DevOps group you will work with cutting edge technologies and tools as, K3S Jenkins, Helm, Docker, Postgres, Mongo Cassandra, Kafka, Minio and more. You will have real influence on how things are done, including expanding and building infrastructure and processes from scratch, You will lead DevOps designs and POCs, technical training and technical investigations.
