Lead the financial-operational team and activities in the company
True business partner to the Operation department- Become deeply involved in the day to day business and provide business leaders with ongoing financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and Improvements
Build and manage long-term financial plans, annual budget, monthly forecasts and on-going results monitoring for the operation department while implementing "out of the box" thinking
Deep involvement in the global inventory management process of the company
Conducting global analysis of Gross Margin, inventory, and overheads
Performing cost reduction processes and costing analysis
Development, creation, and measure efficiency KPIs and new metrics for the operations department
Provide an outside perspective driven by financial analysis and value-added insight

This position plans, organizes, and directs operational activities and strategic direction of our systems and tools from selection to adoption. You will work in close partnership with our Finance, HR, and procurement stakeholders and will be responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensure that they are maintained and adhered to compliance. You will be a key driver of change across the global organization and will be accountable for supporting change management, communications, and training.


You will partner with multi-functional global groups to select, design, and implement solutions in a cutting-edge technology environment. You will interact with high level management along with a variety of department heads to make business decisions that will ultimately lead to the success of the global corporate company.
