We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairperson and CEO. This role requires excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive administrative and personal support for the Chairperson and CEO
Scheduling and managing complex, multi-participant calendars
Organizing meetings, arranging refreshments, and managing meeting rooms
Handling phone calls and ongoing correspondence in Hebrew and English with senior stakeholders in Israel and abroad
Managing purchase orders, office supplies, and coordination with vendors
Overseeing personal schedules, donations, payments, and petty cash
Coordinating international travel, including handling delegations and overseas guests
Requirements: Bachelors degree an advantage
Very strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Native-level Hebrew and very high-level English (spoken, reading, and writing)
Prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic, multi-task environment
Excellent writing skills, accuracy, reliability, and professional representation
High service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
