Develop new markets and go-to-market plans and strategies, including taking the lead in such planning.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Identify and support the development of new concepts and innovations based on market trends and shopper insights.
Research and pilot new marketing channels, both traditional and out of the box.
Analyze market needs, identify and create marketing plan and competitor strategies.
Conduct necessary marketing research studies for better market understanding and developing appropriate promotional materials and activities.
Creating marketing tools, trainings, presentations for sales force
Prepare and present business reviews in regional meetings.
Close work with international partners.
Requirements:
At least 4-5 years marketing experience in FMCG sector, with strong focus on business development.
Advanced strategic and analytic thinking.
Experience in working with financial data, including budgets, expenses or pricing.
Agile, desire to learn & develop.
Strong interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills - are required.
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Self-motivated, goal and target-oriented executor that desires to be a key contributor and a team leader.
Outstanding project management skills and strong attention to detail.
