Serve as the primary technical contact for customer development and quality teams in Europe
Build and maintain strong relationships within customers engineering organizations
Present and promote product roadmaps to support BOM utilization and demand creation
Lead and support design-in activities across the product portfolio
Initiate technical projects with customer package teams to identify new business opportunities
Collect and analyze customer technical requirements to support portfolio steering
Identify and prepare new business opportunities and upcoming RFQs
Manage and maintain product databases and ensure regular updates on innovations
Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field
Advantage: knowledge in semiconductors and IC packaging
2-3 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or engineering roles
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer-oriented mindset
Structured, independent, responsible, and proactive working style
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
