Position: Customer Success & Customer Service Manager to lead our team in Kfar Saba.
About the Role
Hands-on management role with real ownership. You will lead the customer experience function end-to-end - from onboarding through long-term retention - managing a service team and working directly with customers from diverse backgrounds, including Filipino, Sri Lankan, Thai, Indian, and Nepali communities.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Managing the full customer lifecycle and service quality across all channels
Leading, coaching, and developing the customer service team in Kfar Saba
Driving improvement in satisfaction scores, retention rates, and NPS
Providing operational support to external agents and exchange offices - handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships
Collaborating with senior leadership on service strategy and operational decisions
Identifying recurring issues and building systematic, lasting solutions
Requirements: What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Customer Service Manager- mandatory
Proven people management experience - mandatory
Fluent English and Hebrew - mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, fast-moving environment
Experience working with external partners, agents, or B2B clients - an advantage
Background in fintech, financial services, or retail - a significant advantage
Strong service instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently
