Requirements: What youll do:
1. Coordinate and manage trainings, workshops courses (on-site online).
2. Handle participant registration, attendance, and follow-up.
3. Take care of logistics: classrooms, equipment, catering, vendors.
4. Support instructors and participants for smooth sessions.
5. Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
6. Track customer metrics, SLAs, and improve processes.
7.Maintain CRM and operational systems.
Who were looking for:
1. Experience in training coordination AND/OR customer operations.
2. Super organized, detail-oriented, multitasker.
