Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, or a recruiter with sourcing expertise transitioning to a sourcing-focused role.
Technical Sourcing Expertise: Strong track record in sourcing for technical roles, with an understanding of engineering and leadership positions.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday (preferred), Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
Soft Skills:

Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering/ Mathematics or other similar degree- MUST

- At least 3 years of experience in Python Development - MUST

- Background in the world of Security OR work with a Security products - MUST

- Experience with Micro-services - An advantage

- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQL - An advantage

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, particularly with high-traffic and highly competitive web properties. Has a strong portfolio of successful B2C SEO projects and strong examples of B2C writing, explaining complex concepts in easy to understand language
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
- Proven experience in building and shipping elaborate content strategies
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
