Review and classify the WS complaints
Communicate with the site contact and WS experts to start the investigation process
Follow-up of the investigation status
Support the SW Quality Leader to fill the investigation form
Participate in weekly meetings
Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures Standards, and privacy safety rules.
Requirements: Bio-medical engineering student
Good level of English, specially writing
Good communication skills, customer oriented
Strong organizational skills
Able to work autonomously and drive tasks forward
