Managing and tracking purchase orders and shipments
Working with Priority ERP on a daily basis
Working with customer and supplier portals, including Nipendo, Rafael, Intel, Supplier Exchange, and others
Creating shipping documents and waybills through UPS, FedEx, and DHL platforms
Handling import and export documentation
Coordinating shipments with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
Monitoring delivery schedules and following up on open orders
Supporting purchasing and logistics activities
Managing multiple shipments and orders simultaneously

Location: Ra'anana, Israel
Part-time position
Sunday-Thursday
Office-based position
Preference will be given to candidates from Ra'anana and the Sharon area
Requirements: :Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in logistics
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Priority ERP - mandatory
At least 3 years of experience in import and export
High-level English - mandatory
Experience working with customer and supplier portals - an advantage
Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping platforms - an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
