As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of innovative capital markets solutions. You will be responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk management
Manage complex projects involving cross functional teams including development, QA and product
Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, lead and manage the ongoing communication between the client you lead and internal company teams, manage expectations and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements: Required Skills:
Proven experience managing complex technology projects within the Fintech or capital markets industry
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle including Agile methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including mediation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantage: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
Full time position based in Tel Aviv office, near train line. Not a hybrid role.
