Program Manager - Defense-Tech Industry

Responsibilities:
? Lead programs end-to-end: from initiation through delivery-ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control
? Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded
? Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing programs, contributing to overall program success
? Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times
Requirements: ? 7+ years of proven program/project management experience in the technology sector
? Direct experience in the defense industry - mandatory
? Engineering background (software or hardware) - mandatory
? Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear and precise messages
? Proven ability to lead engagements and play a key role in negotiations
? Excellent task management and prioritization skills
? Ability to motivate and drive teams within a matrix organization
? Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? Familiarity with international business environments and security standards - an advantage
? Fluent in Hebrew and English

? Willingness to travel internationally as needed
