We are looking for a passionate and motivated Employee Experience coordinator to join our awesome People & Culture team.
As an Employee experience coordinator, you will facilitate new initiatives and execute a range of activities within HR & Welfare that will support the HR department.

What will you do?
Initiate, plan and execute employee experience activities, welfare activities, office events, holidays, and more.
Brainstorm and research creative ideas for company events and work with external vendors to execute.
Be proactive to ensure effective welfare processes, including managing various gifting platforms and annual employee benefits.
Be the go-to person for various employee requests.
Run the Outbrain Israel Facebook page.
Have a #GetStuffDone attitude to drive tasks to delivery.
Overall, help create a warm, eventful, and fun company culture.
Report directly to the VP People and Culture of the company.
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
High level of organization, focus, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast paced working environment
Proactive and passionate about welfare and wellbeing
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Strong service orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), familiarity with learning new software and apps.
