About the Engineering Team:

We work with modern web technologies, tackle real-world challenges in distributed systems, and keep things practical-no overengineering, just solid solutions. On your day to day:
Youll lead and mentor a team of rendering and performance engineers, guiding the development of advanced rendering pipelines using Emscripten and WebAssembly for modern browsers. Youll work hands-on to optimize and port C++ rendering code to the web, ensuring top-tier performance and a lightweight footprint. Collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and designers, youll help deliver seamless, interactive creative tools including integrations with platforms like Photoshop Web.
Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out?
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in graphics programming or rendering systems.
2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring technical teams.
Deep understanding of C++ and graphics fundamentals.
Proven experience with Emscripten - a must.
Strong experience working with WebAssembly, WebGL, or WebGPU.
Understanding of browser environments, limitations, and performance considerations.
Experience integrating or building creative tools (e.g., with or around Photoshop Web or similar).
