As our Travel Manager, youll be overseeing travel policies, optimizing vendor relationships, monitoring compliance, and ensuring smooth, cost-efficient travel experiences for our team worldwide.
What youll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for travel Overseeing all bookings for flights and hotels, based on employee requirements and company travel policies
Assist employees with obtaining entry permits, visas, safety protocols, and medical insurance.
Oversee the travel system and collaborate with our external travel agency
Optimize travel costs through data analysis and strategic planning
Track travel expenses and generate detailed reports. Support end-to-end documentation.
Offer real-time assistance during travel disruptions, including flight cancellations, delays, and other emergencies
Responsibility for hosting guests and company employees coming to Israel
Manage vendor relationships ( local and international suppliers) and support contract negotiations
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in global travel management
Strong familiarity with travel policies, procedures, and best practices with knowledge
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess travel data and produce actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset
Proficiency with travel management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Comfortable responding to urgent travel needs as necessary
languages: Hebrew and English required
Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and service-focused.
