On your day to day As the owner of performance creative for growth, you will move beyond building assets to managing the strategy behind them:
Define the Creative Strategy: Build a steady pipeline of concepts by defining strategies for key growth channels and establishing testing frameworks for hooks, angles, and formats.
Master the "Brief": Transform user research and performance data into clear, inspiring briefs, partnering closely with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life efficiently.
Drive Website Experimentation: Own the A/B testing roadmap for key web pages, from ideating conversion hypotheses to coordinating design and development for implementation.
Analyze & Iterate: Go beyond reporting numbers to uncover the "why"spotting patterns in winning creatives (like UGC vs. motion graphics) to generate data-backed hypotheses for future tests.
Ensure Consistency: Collaborate with product marketing and paid media to maintain a consistent narrative and visual identity across ads, landing pages, and the full user journey.
Requirements: What Will Make You Stand Out?
You believe creative is the strongest performance lever and treat it that way.
3+ years in Growth Marketing or Creative Strategy: You have a deep understanding of the intersection between data and design.
Deep familiarity with winning creative assets: You know what makes creative work across different formats:
Short-form video (for paid social/organic)
Static and carousel ads
High-converting landing pages
Strategic & Analytical: You have a strong track record of using data (CTR, CVR, CAC) to evaluate performance and decide what to test next. (Experience running PPC campaigns in the past is a plus).
CRO Knowledge: Experience planning, reading, and acting on A/B tests. You do not need to code, but you must understand testing methodology and statistical significance.
Communication Skills: You can explain creative decisions in simple language and run effective feedback loops with designers and editors, pushing work to a higher standard.
