As a Pre-Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely submission of offers while adhering to established processes. Your responsibilities will include crafting technical proposals, accurately costing solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to define the most suitable solutions to meet customer needs. Based in Israel, or in Europe with regular trips in Israel, you will enjoy working with a team of international and multicultural profiles with knowledge complementary techniques and skills, from which you can benefit and with whom you can interact fully. You will be in permanent contact with the commercial, engineering and operations teams.



Responsibilites
Analyzing client needs and requirements
Leading the development of proposals, and other sales materials in response to client requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to gather the necessary information and resources for the proposal.
Managing the entire bid process from start to finish, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time.
Assessing potential risks associated with the bid, such as technical challenges, financial implications, and legal considerations.
Working with relevant departments to accurately estimate the cost of delivering the proposed solution or service to the client.
Serving as the primary point of contact for the client during the bid process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and maintaining a positive relationship with key stakeholders.
Reviewing all proposal materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the client's requirements and the organization's standards.
Maintaining accurate records of all bid-related activities and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering with competences in RF and/or mechanics- must
Knowledge of antenna measurements is advantageous.
Experience in bid management of large proposals is desirable.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, coupled with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines consistently.
Comfortable in an international environment, which will allow you to easily ensure frequently travel abroad.

The Corporate Strategy Director is a key managerial role responsible for shaping and guiding the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring we have a winning strategy and portfolio roadmap to support long-term growth.
This position involves deep analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements, as well as the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and sustainability in the semiconductor market.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy Planning:
Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategies to achieve business growth.
Conduct strategic planning processes, including market analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
Analyze global technology and market trends, and the competitive landscape in the semiconductor industry.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our strategic initiatives.
Work closely with various departments (such as finance, marketing, R&D, and operations) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different levels of the organization.
Portfolio Roadmap
Create and maintain the company portfolio roadmap, outlining the development and lifecycle of products.
Analyze the competitive landscape to understand competitor strategies and market positioning.
Ensure our long-term portfolio roadmap addresses the key semiconductor technology inflections.
Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the companys product lines.
Communicate product strategy to stakeholders, including the executive team and external partners.
The role involves intensive work and cooperation with our product divisions and corporate teams (marketing, CTO, business, and finance).
This position may require occasional travel to customer sites, conferences, and other company locations.
Requirements:
Masters degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in strategic planning or product management, ideally in the semiconductor or a related high-tech industry.
Deep understanding of the global semiconductor market, technological trends, and business models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a excellent problem-solving mindset.
