we are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex hardware development projects across multiple product generations.
This role requires exceptional project management skills combined with a strong technical understanding of hardware development processes. The successful candidate will maintain an end-to-end view of ongoing and future hardware activities, ensuring alignment between engineering execution, business priorities, resource allocation, and product roadmap objectives.
The Senior HW PM will work closely with Hardware Engineering, Product Management, ASIC teams, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Executive Management to drive execution excellence and successful product delivery.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead multiple concurrent hardware projects from concept through production release.
Build, maintain, and drive detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
Monitor project progress and proactively address execution gaps.
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Portfolio & Roadmap Management
Maintain a comprehensive view of all hardware projects, interdependencies, resource constraints, and roadmap priorities.
Coordinate planning activities across current product development and future platform initiatives.
Identify schedule conflicts and resource bottlenecks and drive resolution plans.
Support strategic planning activities and hardware roadmap execution.

Provide regular updates to engineering leadership and executive management.

10+ years of experience in project management within hardware development organizations.
Proven track record managing large-scale, multidisciplinary hardware projects.
Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles from architecture through production.

Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in hardware engineering or technical product development.
Experience in networking, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or data center systems.
Familiarity with high-speed networking platforms, switching systems, and optical technologies.
Experience working with ASIC-based systems and complex board-level designs.
Understanding of manufacturing, NPI, and supply chain processes.
Experience working with ODMs, CMs, and global development teams.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
