This is a Director-level position with significant impact on global performance, where you will lead Industrial Engineering activities, optimize production processes, and drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across fabs.
Responsibilities
Lead global IE activities and collaborate with site leaders
Drive OEE improvements, identify bottlenecks, and enhance productivity
Lead cross-functional global projects (efficiency, cost reduction, CAPEX, WIP)
Develop analytical models for planning and performance (KPI, WIP)
Define and implement global operational standards
Lead capacity management and benchmarking initiatives Requirements
B.Sc. in Industrial / Systems Engineering (M.Sc. - advantage)
Extensive IE experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Proven Director-level leadership experience
Strong background in operations & manufacturing methodologies (Lean, TOC, etc.)
Highly analytical and data -driven
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
