We are looking for a Project Management & Special Assignments Associate.
What you'll do:
Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving business partners.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, action items, and status reports.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external business partners.
Help organize and track project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis to support project goals and special initiatives.
Manage and track specific tasks and deliverables assigned as part of larger projects.
Assist in the coordination of events, workshops, or meetings involving business partners.
Provide administrative support to the project management team and partnership initiatives.
Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc projects as required to support business objectives.
Requirements: Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High self-learning capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other On-Line tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
A genuine interest in project management and working with external partners.
