We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to help tell that story. It's a hands-on role for a marketer who loves the craft of content, knows digital, and wants their work to mean something.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll drive our content, social, and SEO-driven campaigns across US health systems and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Own the content plan and calendar that executes the marketing strategy set by the Head of Marketing, keeping everything on-brand across channels.
Write high-quality content across all channels: thought leadership pieces, blog posts, newsletters, and executive messaging.
Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compelling content for multiple audiences, including clinicians, health plan leaders, and patients.
Draft and distribute press releases in coordination with the Head of Marketing.
Use design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, AI) to create on-brand graphics and marketing materials.
Use AI where it adds leverage (research, repurposing, SEO/GEO passes, ideation), while owning the quality, accuracy, and brand voice of everything that ships.
Social Media
Execute the company social media strategy across relevant platforms to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand authority.
Plan, create, and publish content consistently, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand voice.
SEO, GEO & Website Management
Implement and maintain SEO and GEO best practices across website content and published materials to strengthen organic visibility across traditional and AI search engines.
Manage day-to-day website updates and content publishing.
Liaise with external contractors for advanced website design and development needs.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on content, social, and SEO/GEO performance using analytics tools.
Share insights with the team to inform content priorities and ongoing optimization.

Technical & Professional Experience
2+ years in a marketing role with strong hands-on content creation and social media experience- healthcare or health-tech background is a plus.
Solid understanding of SEO/GEO and how to apply them in practice across content and web.
Exceptional English writing and editing skills across formats and audiences.
Proficient with CMS platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
Hands-on experience with website management.
Experience managing external contractors or agencies is an advantage.
