Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from development phase through to field deployment and support.
Act as the main liaison between R D and the field by collecting feedback from global sites and delivering updates, fixes, and technical insights.
Collaborate with the Engineering team on implementing product design and performance changes based on field experience.
Provide input for product improvement initiatives, using hands-on experience and knowledge from the field.
Create, manage, and maintain technical product ation and training materials.
Deliver training courses to field service engineers and provide continuous knowledge transfer.

Requirements: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or similar technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in a Technical Support, field service, or product specialist role - preferably in the medical device industry.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems (SW, HW, Mechanics, Imaging, etc.).
Excellent English communication and training skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
