Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and
shape the companys brand in the international B2B SaaS space. This is a high-impact role reporting
directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the global marketing strategyfrom planning through execution.
Manage the marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional growth.
Drive brand positioning and storytelling, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Oversee demand generation and campaign execution to support pipeline growth.
Run marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, tools, and reporting.
Partner with the Sales and Product teams to support lead generation and go-to-market efforts.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience is a must.
Proven ability to execute top-of-funnel marketing, including ABM, growth campaigns, and social.
Proven success marketing to enterprise customersunderstanding complex sales cycles,
multi-stakeholder decision-making, and how to tailor messaging for enterprise personas.
Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams on go-to-market strategy.
Excellent English communication skillswritten and verbal.
