Marketing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and track high-performing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve Demand Generation goals.
Marketing Automation : Utilize HubSpot for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing industry events to promote company products and services.
Website Management: Oversee and update the companys WordPress website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
Analytical Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Product Marketing Support: Work closely with product managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales activities.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven marketing experience in a defence company mandatory.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (native-level proficiency required).
Marketing Automation Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and WordPress. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
Creative Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives.
Hands-On Execution: Strong attention to detail with experience in running successful marketing campaigns that drove measurable business results. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: data -driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
